Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial for all new users. During this period, you can access all features for free, import up to 1,000 photos, and successfully export up to 10 photos.
Yes. If your monthly or yearly subscription is active and you run out of credits, you can purchase additional packs of 300, 800, 1,500, or 3,000 credits directly within the app to continue using the service. Additional credits remain valid as long as your subscription is active. If the subscription expires, the credits cannot be used, but once the subscription is renewed, you can continue using any remaining credits.
Credits are deducted based on the number of photos successfully exported. Each successfully exported photo consumes 1 credit. If an export is canceled or fails before completion, no credits are deducted. Additionally, exporting the same photo multiple times only consumes 1 credit.
Unused credits are not carried over to the next month. When the monthly plan ends, any remaining credits are automatically cleared. However, renewing your subscription will grant new credits for the new billing period.
Yes, you can upgrade your subscription at any time (for example, from monthly to yearly). Upgrades are applied immediately, your payment method is charged, and the new subscription credits are added to your account. Any remaining credits or connected PCs from your previous plan are carried over. The subscription expiration is based on the plan with the longest remaining period.
For example, if you purchased a monthly plan on February 1 and still have 30 credits remaining by February 5, upgrading to a yearly plan on February 5 will add the 30 remaining credits to the new yearly plan credits, and the total number of connected PCs will be merged to 4. The subscription expiration will then follow the yearly plan.
