When you use our image processing services, including but not limited to background removal, batch image processing (such as resizing, format conversion, compression, and renaming), and image stylization services (such as AI figure generator, AI filters, AI ID photo generator, AI hairstyle generator, AI tattoo generator, and AI hair color changer), we will collect the original images that you voluntarily upload. If you choose to import images from your local album, we will access your album with your authorization solely for the purpose of enabling image import and export.
For certain features, we may extract information such as facial feature vectors, body regions and key points, posture, and contours from the original images you voluntarily provide. Such information is used only for the purpose of enabling the relevant functionality and will not be used to identify any specific individual.
② AI-Based Image and Video Processing Services
To meet your needs for creative expression through intelligent tools, we provide image and video processing services based on generative or deep synthesis AI algorithms, such as AI image expansion, AI object removal, AI recoloring, and virtual try-on. These services require you to submit images, videos, or text instructions as input in order to generate corresponding content. If you refuse to provide the necessary materials or information, the relevant content cannot be generated, and you will not be able to use such AI-powered features.
Our Commitments:Transparency of Processing: AI services generate results by analyzing the characteristics of your input (such as text prompts and image styles). This type of processing does not involve direct identification of your personal identity.
Protection of User Rights: If you believe that AI-generated content significantly affects your rights (including but not limited to portrait rights or copyright), you may contact us via our customer support email to request a manual review. We will respond within fifteen (15) business days after receiving your request.
Right to Refuse or Withdraw: You may disable AI image and video service features or delete your input data at any time to terminate automated processing.
Model Training: When you use our generative AI services, we will not use your local or cloud content to train AI models, except for content that you explicitly choose to submit to our servers.
Disclaimer and Important Notice: Due to the inherent limitations of algorithms, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or biases. You are advised to carefully review and independently assess the compliance of such content before use. By choosing to use these features, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
The information collected during your use of our website, products, and features is used solely for the purpose of providing the relevant services or functionalities and will not be used for other purposes.
